Creating learning experiences that are tailored to your team, your needs and their development is what I specialise in. With a combination of data, research, practical tips and insights and of course a sprinkling of fun, I aim to create an environment (whether virtual or in-person), where people feel like they belong and are heard. Resilience: The ability to be adaptable and ‘bounce back’ is one of the crucial human skills we all could master. Within this workshop we look at your own personal resilience first using frameworks such as Nicholson McBride, deep diving into emotional and cognitive resilience and then focus on the team approach - and then skills needed for this.
Retaining Talent: Did you know that on average 55% of the workforce are already parents? Are you finding that at a certain point in business, you’re losing your female talent? Let’s look into this and delve into potential areas of focus over a call. Workshops such as: your next chapter - returning to work after leave, the mental load, creating allyship within your org and unconscious bias are a few areas that could support with this attrition.
Building Team Connection Through Story: What’s your team’s PVMV? (Does that even make sense to you?!). Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values are all elements of a strong foundation at any company - or team. Let’s focus on building yours through a series of workshops and support your team in (re)connecting.
