Don't Keep Your Day Job - Cathy Heller
Cathy Heller has given serious food for thought in this book. Not surprising that I'm reading it but regardless of what your work situation is - it's worth reading.
Three Things which really stood out for me:
It doesn't take reaching the top of Mt Kilimanjaro or birthing a baby to realise you've got to change your ways. A breakthrough comes in the moment you decide you're going to do something you've never done before. You're ready to enter unchartered territory. #takearisk
Develop your calling instead of discovering it (GOLD). Commit to perseverance and grit to find what works.
Be willing to be mediocre first. It takes tremendous courage to do things, try things and put things out there. Hello perfectionists.
Next on my list is finally finishing Design Your Life by Bill Burnett but I'd love any other recommendations - book / audio / video, you have?
